Deep tissue massage uses firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle and fascia (the connective tissue surrounding muscles). I am to hit the "hurts so good pressure!" to take the body into homeostasis - the rest and digest stage of healing, allowing your muscle tension to melt away.

Myotherapy is a goal oriented massage that aims to stretch and articulate the body to create space, movement and flexibility. Working individual strained muscles to help relax and restore them back to base state. With this massage we rediscover the movement and fluidity of the body. 

Lomi Lomi

Lomi lomi is a hawaiian style massage known for long, flowing, dance-like strokes, often using the forearms and generous amounts of hot oil. Working the body as a whole - from head to toe and back up again!

East Indian Head Massage

45 MINUTES|$45 or 15 minute add on to any massage |$15 

Using ancient indian practices and beliefs this style works the upper shoulders, neck and head. Using pressure points and meditative strokes to promote a clear head, relaxation and balance.

Traditional Thai Foot Massage

Traditional Thai foot massage works on the feet, lower leg, and knees, freeing up blocked energy in the body’s Thai-based meridians to create a feeling of deep relaxation, balance, and well-being.
