Terms & Policies

 

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all of my clients and out of consideration for the therapists' time, I've have adopted the following policies:

Appointment policy:

Please call, text or email me to get in touch about setting up an appointment. I will get back to you as soon as I can within my working hours 9am-7pm. I require at least one hour notice before an appointment scheduling, but prefer to schedule appointments a day or more in advance. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

I have a 24 hour cancellation or rescheduling policy. Failure on giving advance may result in a 50% charge for your missed or changed appointment. 

No-shows:

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment with no contact, will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged the full amount for their “missed” appointment and future service will be denied until payment is made.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

I will have a client intake form that all new clients must fill out and sign and keep up up to date (yearly). We will go over medical concerns and treatments so I may assist you in a safe and nurturing manner. Please let me know about any medical concerns, allergies or injuries.
